Hey friend, here’s what to know before your appointment ✨
I want you to walk in feeling relaxed and excited for your hair, not worrying about the “what ifs.”
Here are some quick answers to the things people usually wonder about:
✨ At the end of the day, this is your time. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, cared for, and leave loving your hair. So grab a coffee, come as you are, and I’ll take care of the rest.
Parking
Parking is free and available in the Broadway Plaza. If parking spots are limited additional parking is available in the back of the parking lot near the Chinese Pagoda.
Building Entrance
When facing the salon (Ginger & Blondie) in the Broadway Plaza, the easiest entrance is through the door on the right side of the building. Don’t worry, though—you can also enter through any of the other salon doors
Running Late
No stress! Just shoot me a quick text so I know. If it’s more than a little, we might have to tweak what we do, but I’ll always do my best to make it work.
What To Bring With You
Bring your favorite iced latte, water, or a snack!(water,soda,seltzer, and snacks are also available) Or feel free to Door Dash it for those longer appointments ! I just ask that you come solo so we can keep the space calm and focused on you unless communicated in advance.
Hair Prep
It is not necessary to come to your appointment with clean hair. It maybe a good idea to wash in advance if your has a lot of product in it making it challenging to brush your hair or if your roots are very heavy from natural oils that could create a challenge to saturate color. Other wise let me take care of your wash day at your appointment!
Payment
I accept Tap to Pay through Square for checkout, as well as cash. Please note that I may not always have change available for cash payments.
Cancellations
I get it, life happens! Usually at the most inconvenient times of course. If you need to reschedule please provide 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

Timing
I treat every single appointment whether it be a conditioning treatment or a balayage with extreme care and attention to detail. Appointments are never rushed and i will tell you how long our appointment time together is expected to be at the beginning of each appointment. If you are on a timed schedule please feel free to communicate at the beginning of your appointment as well.
