Cancellation
Your appointment time is reserved just for you! I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule or you maybe charged a cancellation fee . This timeframe allows me the best chance to offer the appointment to another client who maybe waiting to book!
No Call/ No Show
Failure to give any notice for a missed appointment will result in a charge for the full price of the missed appointment in order to cover the time of the missed service that could not be filled.
Late Policy
Life happens and no one sympathizes more than me. If you are 10-15 minutes late this cuts into our time for blow drying and styling. Depending on the service booked if you have communicated to me that you are running more than 20-30minutes behind your appointment may/may not be able to be achieved and you may be charged for Half of your missed service.
Redo Policy
Your happiness is always my top priority which is why I take the time to provide an in depth consultation, focus on precision and application, and always prioritize the integrity of your hair. Together we set clear goals and expectations, so we’re on the same page every step of the way. With that in mind here is how I handle adjustments.
-What counts as a redo:
If there is an issue with your color such as uneven coverage, or a spot that was missed
-What counts as a new appointment:
If after the visit you decide you would like something different or dont feel comfortable with what you asked for.
-Creative Freedom Services:
I am always excited and grateful to have creativity based off a full consultation of likes and dislikes. If after your service you realize you would like ex; add more highlights/ lowlights, prefer a more subtle/bold placement, or have come to learn certain tones actually aren’t your favorite that would fall under its own separate service.
Timing
If you have concerns for adjustments please reach out within 5 days of your appointment so i can make it right! After that time, all visits are considered a new service.
